01 The shelf and the window
Two of the columns describe the market as it stands this minute: LOTS is how many lots of the item are hanging,
LOWEST is the cheapest of them per unit. The rest count the window picked on the left: SOLD is units bought,
MIN and MEDIAN are what those units went for. LISTED is when the newest lot of the item went up; an item with
sales in the window but nothing on sale right now shows a dash there and sits at the bottom.
02 Forty-eight hours
A lot lives 48 hours and then expires, so the shelf turns over twice a day and LOWEST can change between two
refreshes of this page. The game never names a buyer, so a lot that disappears before its time is up is counted
here as sold; what the sums built that way count exactly is on the sales tab.
03 Once a minute
The game’s developers limit the public API to 100 requests per hour per method, so the market is sampled once
a minute, and a lot that lives less than a minute is never seen here. Market history starts on the day the
collector started; nothing before that can be recovered from the game. Items that never reach the market are
still in the items database.
