01 Who counts as a member
We only see players who appear in the game's public rankings: the monthly top 500 and the rosters of league
seasons. A member is a player whose fleet is confirmed by two samples and who was seen in the last 7 days, so
this is not the full list of fleet members.
02 TROPHIES is not the game's fleet score
The Fleet screen in the game counts the whole fleet. Here TROPHIES adds up only the members with a place in the
latest top chosen in TOP, and PLAYERS counts them. The place of a fleet follows the same sum over the top 500,
ties broken by the fleet number; the podium and the fleet card show that sum. The order differs from the game as
soon as fleets have many players below the top 500.
03 Defences and PLAYED
Every win or loss in a league season counts for both ships: the attacker and the ship that was attacked. So
a player's wins and losses grow even while they are away, because someone attacked them.
After a battle the game shields the attacked ship for 8 hours (the game's league settings),
and only its owner can drop the shield by starting a search. A ship nobody plays can therefore take at most
one defence every 8 hours: about 1 per 4-hour sample, about 3 a day. PLAYED counts
the battles above that ceiling, battles only a player who was in the game could get. It is a floor: a player
with one battle a day shows 0.
In Legendary, battles against players from lower leagues bring no trophies and may not count as wins or
losses, so a Legendary player who shows no PLAYED gets a dash instead of 0. PLAYED looks back at most
7 days.
04 ACTIVE 24H, PLAYED 24H and LAST PLAY
ACTIVE 24H is how many members have PLAYED above 0 over the last 24 hours, out of the members whose PLAYED is
known; a member with a missed sample, or a Legendary member with no PLAYED, is left out of both numbers. A fleet
that nobody plays but others keep attacking shows battles and 0 active. PLAYED 24H adds up the members' PLAYED.
LAST PLAY is the latest sample by which some member must have been in the game; it looks back at most 7 days.
The ACTIVE 24H filter keeps fleets with at least one active member or with none; while the league data is
outdated nobody's PLAYED is known, so both choices are empty.
05 Δ 24H
The change of trophies over 24 hours, summed over the members who stayed in this fleet in all seven ladder
samples of that day; the small number says how many they were.
06 The fleet card
A click on a fleet opens its card. The number of players seen under the name counts the members as defined
above. League season gives IN LEAGUES, the members in league seasons we follow, then ACTIVE 24H, PLAYED 24H and
LAST PLAY as in the table. W / L 7D adds up every member's league wins and losses, defences included, over the
last 42 sample windows, counting only the windows where that member's battles are known, so it can stay below
the real week. Members seen only in the top 500 never have known windows and add nothing. Each League activity
bar adds up the members' battles, defences included, and its tooltip says for how many members that window is
known.
Monthly ladder gives the PLACE of the fleet, Δ 24H as in the table and IN TOP 500, the members with a place in
the latest copy; the trophy line adds up their trophies over the last 30 days. Past months takes the last ladder
sample of every finished month and ranks fleets by the trophies of their players in it, the same way as the
Fleet tab.
07 Fleet members and changes
Fleet members lists the members with their place in the monthly ladder, role, the league of their current
season, trophies and PLAYED 24H. DAYS counts from the first observation in this fleet, so time before we started
observing is not included. Fleet member changes are the rows of the Transfers tab for this fleet.
