HOW THIS WORKSBox odds, candies and the bar

01 Where the percent comes from

Every box carries its own contents string in the game catalog, October 22, 2026 data: what drops, how many, and at what rate. The game screen shows the same rate multiplied by a hundred, so the 5.00% next to a crew is the game's own number, not ours. Some event lockers hold two crew, each at its own rate. For those the page counts a copy of either one, so the two rates add up, and the table below still lists each crew on its own row.

02 Every box is opened on its own

The odds here treat openings as independent: the chance is the same on the first box and on the ninetieth, and opening one at a time or a hundred at once makes no difference. That is an assumption about how the server runs the draw, and the one place it could be wrong.

03 The price per copy is an average

The starbux figure beside the odds is what a copy works out at over many boxes, not what the next run will cost. It divides the price of one box by the chance that box holds the crew: ten candies at fifteen starbux each, over a 5.00% chance, comes to three thousand. Opening twenty boxes for that sum is the average outcome and not the promised one, which is why the same odds are also shown from the other side: how often a run of twenty ends with no crew, with one, or with more. The bar figure is built the same way, the draw price over the draw chance, and that is what makes the two comparable.

04 The bar picks a rarity first

A Beer Draw does not choose among all its crew at once. It first lands on a rarity, Unique, Epic or Hero, and Hero is by far the rarest of the three. Only then does it pick a crew of that rarity by weight: every crew weighs one, and the featured sign weighs two while its rate up runs. Most draws never reach the Hero tier, which is why a zodiac crew costs so much more in the bar than its weight alone suggests.

05 Free candies are not subtracted

The daily gift hands out a few candies while its promotion runs, and VIP players get a second gift. Neither is taken off the price here: the event lasts weeks, not the months a two-hundred-candy chase would need, and the candies you already hold are yours to count. Every candy in the chain is priced at the market.

06 Prices follow the market, doves do not

A starbux price is the cheapest active listing, or the median of recent sales when nothing is listed. Dove prices stay in doves: the game gives no rate between the two, and inventing one would turn an event currency into a number we cannot support. A box that candies cannot make is counted in doves from end to end, and it gets no comparison with the bar, because there is no rate to compare across.

07 Only the current sign is in the bar

Eleven of the twelve zodiac crew carry the nodraw tag, both the signs already past and the ones still to come, and the bar never draws them. This page shows the catalog as it stands today. It does not predict when the tag will come off a crew or go back on.
